Namrata Villas the clients had come to us with a clear vision: they wanted villas that seamlessly blended luxury and sustainability.

So a project that radiated opulence while integrating climatological features to reduce the reliance on air conditioning, transforming them into comfortable and eco-conscious living spaces became our endgame.

we delved into an Indian contemporary vernacular style. We introduced thinnai and courtyards while maintaining climatic considerations to minimize heat gain in semi-open areas. Our design considerations culminating in a family-centric, comfortable spaces that paid homage to Indian architectural heritage while offering a modern, sustainable living environment.
